WoodSpring Suites Houston I-45 Airtex

I had a bad experience I had to booking one was a week and the other was a weekend stay. With both only stayed one day. Kitchen stove was stained and filthy. Bugs crawled. Blinds broken. Tv barely worked. Staff was horrible. Tried talking with manager and she was rude. Still haven’t heard anything back from them about my refund for the days I didn’t stay. Shower head was broken and had trash bags wrapped around them. Toilet was rusted. This is by far the worse hotel stay for me

Pig house If possible, never use this hotel. It's like a stinky checkout counter, everything was dirty. I arrived at the hotel three hours early and thought there would be a place to wait, but there wasn't. I spent three hours sitting on the floor at the hotel entrance. The temperature was 40°C. I asked to refill my water bottle and was denied. The blonde's concern was that I'd put on my sneakers, which I'd taken off due to the heat. I wouldn't wish what I went through at this place on anyone. se possível, nunca utilize esse hotel, parece um chequeiro fedido, tudo estava sujo. cheguei no hotel 3 horas antes, imaginei que teria um local para poder esperar, não tem. Fiquei 3 horas na entrada do hotel sentado no Chão. 40° a temperatura. Pedi para encher minha garrafa de água e foi negada. A preocupação da loira foi que eu coloquei o tênis que tinha retirado devido ao calor. Não desejo a ninguém o que passei neste local.

The room was clean. However the corridors had a foll order.

The receptionist lady was kind and friendly, but the room itself had no bath towels. The toilet has not been scrubbed and God knows how long there is no ice machine.

The room they gave me the door was broken ,dirty fridge i asked them to move me to another room they didn’t have any left If i could i would gave them a -10 star

I checked in at 10:00 pm and the room I was offered wasn't even ready, the bed wasn't made and staff had me waiting for over 30 min.
