Staybridge Suites HOUSTON - GALLERIA AREA by IHG

I WAS GIVEN A LOW ROOM LOOKING AT THE HIGHWAY DESPITE THE PREVIOUS REQUEST, THAT WAS NOT VERY PLEASANT.

Very clean facility and room. Free self laundry service is amazing.

I left a Muse device in Room 1411 after checking out. I contacted the hotel and was told to reach Lost and Found, but my emails were ignored twice. I am overseas, and my calls kept disconnecting. My friend called and was told the item was at the hotel, but when my friend went to collect it, the front desk was dismissive and did not properly help. This is extremely disappointing and unprofessional. Guests should not have to chase the hotel repeatedly for an item that has already been confirmed to be there.

I stayed at this property for one week on a business trip and was extremely well looked after by the staff. I have specific health dietary needs. The hotel staff went out of their way to make special accommodations to ensure these were met despite not being a full service hotel. They were detailed in their understanding and effective in their service and responses. Each team member was warm, friendly and receptive to requests. A special note of acknowledgement to Boris the GM whose warm hospitality, professionalism and personal attention to matters was deeply appreciated. I would recommend this hotel for a positive experience.

The hotel was very nice and clean this is one of the best hotels I have stayed in. I was extremely happy with the Staff customer service they were very pleasant. The breakfast was a plus it’s served 7 days a week during your stay. When I seen Grits and bacon they had me sold. I love everything about the hotel. The room was beautiful with walk in shower was amazing. The kitchen was beautiful well equipped with basic kitchen utensils. The only problem no stove but their was a hot plate no sure if it worked I did not use it, but there is a microwave with full refrigerator. The living room was nice with had a couch with pull out bed. The bedroom had 2 Queen size beds. I stayed in 1 bedroom Studio suite. There was big television in the bedroom and one in the living which was a plus for me .The hotel also has a full kitchen that cook different meals that you like you can order and have it sent to your room yes you have to pay for your meal. There is also a bar in the lobby ,that has a happy hour. I would definitely stay again.

Everything was perfect for my hetaway. Clean room, friendly staff, and the breakfast set up was delicious!

Breakfast was awesome, so was the room and staff. My only complaint is the tv had very limited channels.

I will be staying here again on future visit's. Close to where my daughter lives now. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The breakfast is great. Really loved having a refrigerator in the room is such a plus!!
