Loved the city view from our room. My cat loved the view. The room is clean. The kitchen comes with amenities. But the hand soap needs to be refilled. This is situated near Houston Galleria and easily accessible to freeway. I would say the area is safe for the most part. It’s close to the bougie Houston Galleria area with lots of shops and restaurants around. The parking lot is secured. You pay for parking and pet fee. Breakfast was okay. Pet friendly hotel.

Split Stay
The trip started by finding out they had over-sold the facility and didn't have any rooms available of the type we booked. So we had to stay at a lesser room on our first night and switch to the suite on the second night. While it was an inconvenience, they communicated about it well and did credit us the difference for our troubles.
Overall, outside of that, the stay was good. The free breakfast was definitely the highlight. The beds were ok, but I wanted additional pillows. I made the request two nights in a row and never received any, which was disappointing.
Luckily it was a quick trip, and we made do with what we had and enjoyed our stay.

Nice comfortable bed. Noisy location, triple pane glass windows would be a nice feature. Also AC on a motion sensor and goes off after a few minutes. Comes back on after you wake up from temperature change and move. Difficult sleeping waking up ever half hour because your hot then trying to go back sleep, breakfast outstanding.

Felt like home away from home. This property takes care of you. Great staff, nice amenities and great location. You can get to places in a car within 10 to 15 mins. Would definitely stay here again.
