The hotel is clean and spotless. Spa thermal pool opens long hour from 8am to 10pm which is very convenient. Buffet dinner €18 per person is reasonable and food is good. Breakfast is average, lack of hot dishes.
The cafe bar offers some Thai cuisine. They are yummy but very small portions. Me and my husband ordered 3 main courses but were still hungry. We wanted to order the 4th course "Style Thai beef wok" with an additional bowl of rice and we'd pay for the rice. However the waitress refused simply because a bowl of rice is not on the menu! I suggest the hotel to remove the Style Thai beef wok from the menu if they're not able to provide a bowl of rice to go with it. This is authentic Thai style of eating! Very disappointed ! The cafe service need to improve, too rigid, not customer oriented.

Habitación espectacular y un trato excelente, volveremos, aunque hubiera un par de halógenos fundidos. 🤣 desayuno a paladas...MADRE MIA PARA HACER UNA COMIDA AL DIA! ASTRAGAO!

Para ser un hotel de 4* me esperaba más. El spa, comparándolo con otros de Cantabria, me pareció bastante básico, la temperatura del agua era baja (solo una piscina estaba caliente, en el resto pasamos frío) y al tener que activar los chorros de cada instalación manualmente, ya que se paran a pocos minutos de accionarlo, algunos no iban y tenías que cambiarte obligatoriamente. También me pareció que no estaba lo suficientemente higiénico. En la habitación, la bañera de hidromasaje no estaba limpia y de la alcachofa para ducharte salía un chorro muy pequeño. La cama también podría mejor****.

Me encantó el spa y fue muy relajante, lo mejor fue el buffet de cena, por tan sólo 22 euros habían una gran variedad de comida y todo platos elaborados, me encantó el plato a la naranja, me gustaría saber la receta del chef, y de resto todo espectacular.

Para mi , es el mejor sitio , la limpieza un diez , la recepción la verdad que tanto Raquel como sus compañeras atentas y amables , en la restauración, Pablo es un amor junto con pili , Carla etc me gusta mucho la comida casera de fidelidad, se ve que le gusta lo que hace , yo intento ir por los menos 2 o 3 veces al año por que siempre que voy me tratan como en casa , gracias por la atención que dais, ( gracias a Sandra y a su compañera que son las masajistas que sus manos valen oro )

En general todo bien, el buffet tanto en la cena como en el desayuno, la habitacion, el spa puedes estar las veces que quieras el tiempo que quieras, disponen de mucha gente para atender y con muy buen trato. Es probable que volvamos otro dia mas adelante.

Fue un regalo por San Valentín de mi marido y fue todo estupendo . La habitación súper limpia,la cama super cómoda,el spa un encanto,el desayuno buffet está muy bn 🙂🙂. Y el personal una maravilla destacando a Raquel una recepcionista muy agradable,simpática y muy amable. Volveremos seguro.

Rooms were clean, big and spacious, staff was extremely friendly and the spa was one of the best part. Town is only 15min to santander and the beach and but there is many restaurants and things to do around the area. We’ll definitely come back again .
