When checking in at the counter, I couldn't find the reservation check-in information. I had to confirm it three times before I found it. I asked the staff at the reception desk that the local transportation was not very clear. It was another staff member who was receiving other passengers who heard about it and got the information. In the evening, I needed tableware and went downstairs to ask at the counter. Another male receptionist had an indifferent attitude. Overall, it was very average. The accommodation cost of nearly 5,000 a night would not be considered next time.
