On the first day we checked in, you insisted that the room was full and all the connecting rooms were occupied in the past few days, so we couldn't change them. On the first night, we learned that we couldn't connect and take care of each other. We were very disappointed and had no choice. Bar! But at noon the next day, they actually told us that they deliberately refused to give us connecting rooms. They would rather leave the rooms vacant than give them to us. I am really embarrassed. We have relatives living in Zhubei and have business in Zhubei. We come to this city often. People in Zhubei are very friendly and enthusiastic, but the front desk clerk at your hotel is really incomprehensible and weird. What I like about it is that the room is comfortable, poorly maintained (there is a lot of dirt on the floor that cannot be removed) but clean; the water pressure in the bathroom shower is very strong, I am very satisfied. The housekeepers and breakfast waiters on the 8th and 10th floors are hard-working, friendly and polite.

The location of the hotel is excellent. There is a supermarket opposite, which is very convenient for shopping. There are also many restaurants around, so you can eat whenever you want. You can find it just downstairs. The waiters were kind and courteous. I will stay here again next time I visit Hsinchu.

The staff from management down are always smiling and ever helpful. Swimming pool, sauna and gym on the top floor along with a kids play area. Overall a fantastic stay and I will return.

My husband and I stay at Yuhao for 14 days. We really appreciate the hospitality we received from the hotel staff. Since this hotel converted into a quarantine hotel, I will rate this hotel based on service received during this quarantine period. The hotel is clean and did very well with sanitization. They did well on 0 contact including food delivery and check in/out.There is a window, so we can at least see the bright sky during the time. Wi-Fi is fast so that we can still keep working without interruption. The best part of this hotel is its STAFF. Under the manager, Mr. Chen's, leadership, the staff is super sweet and helpful. They deliver Ubereat stuff really fast! Whatever request we had, they responded promptly through LINE and acted in a professional manner. They even helped out to print out some documents we needed. They have their own kitchen, and I LOVE the chef! Instead of eating food from different places, the chef cooked most of the meals. When we need to go out to do something, the chef even prepared lunch boxes for us early. The location is ideal, and it makes travel to places much easier. This hotel will be my go to hotel when I return Hsinchu! I recommend this hotel highly!

The hotel is located on Daxue Road, near Yangming Jiaotong University, with free underground parking. This time we stayed in a double bed for 2 adults and 1 child. The bed was very large and comfortable, the air conditioner was very cool, and it was quite quiet at night. Breakfast is buffet style and can be enjoyed on the second floor from 0630-1030. It has Chinese and Western dishes and the service staff is very polite. The only slight drawback is that eating out is a little inconvenient. You can order delivery or drive to the nearby Qingda Business District to buy a restaurant for dinner. There are long tables available in the public space. The sauna is unavailable during renovation. Overall, for a price of less than 4,000 yuan, I was quite satisfied with my stay during consecutive holidays.
