Amazing safari resort. Awesome animal experiences in the resort - especially with capybaras and meerkats. Close proximity to theme park. Amazing safari experience rides in the theme park. Located far from other amenities. Food in the resort is basic, have to travel out for more variety of food. Resort receptionists are very helpful in answering queries and assisting to arrange for transport. A memorable experience. Highly recommended for families with children and also young-at-heart. Please request for ground level rooms for mobility-impaired as level 2 rooms are only accessible by stairs.

The hotel is located on Daxue Road, near Yangming Jiaotong University, with free underground parking. This time we stayed in a double bed for 2 adults and 1 child. Fortunately, the weather is not bad today, and three people cover a quilt for a meaning... ....everything is tantamount to waiting) There is no power plug hole in the whole room, the only hole is the hair dryer in the bathroom (Are you so afraid of people using electricity?!) Then the hair dryer is installed on the wall, you have to press and hold it to blow the air, the hot air is not too hot, the hands are sore, and you have to blow the children's..... The switch of the power supply and air conditioner is still based on my review and someone shared that I only knew it on the phone＞＜ But the jacuzzi in the bathroom is very big, and the only fun for children to live here is to play in the water The breakfast is quite varied and delicious, so I gave you an extra breakfast roll. Unfortunately, when there are many people, you have to eat breakfast early, because the restaurant is not big, and you have to wait outside for people to eat until they are full.

The room facilities are very clean, with air-conditioning and electric heating fans inside, so there is no need to worry about whether it is winter or summer. There are also a lot of nearby businesses, so I'm not afraid of running out of food. The famous scenic spot here is the Dong'an Ancient Bridge, which is very fast on foot or on foot.

Fantastic hotel and facilities. Rooms are very spacious and beds comfortable. There is a buffet breakfast which is delicious and caters for all. The restaurant is amazing and cheap with a 6 course meal. There is also a cafe just after receptwhich puts out great meals and also very cheap. The staff from management down are always smiling and ever helpful. Swimming pool, sauna and gym on the top floor along with a kids play area. Overall a fantastic stay and I will return.

The parent-child facilities are great. There are many facilities for children to play. There is also a swimming pool where adults and children can play as much as they want. Even the lifeguards are very responsible and perform their duties seriously. The rooms are also very big. It's a pity that it's a bit too sunny😄

My husband and I stay at Yuhao for 14 days. We really appreciate the hospitality we received from the hotel staff. Since this hotel converted into a quarantine hotel, I will rate this hotel based on service received during this quarantine period. The hotel is clean and did very well with sanitization. They did well on 0 contact including food delivery and check in/out.There is a window, so we can at least see the bright sky during the time. Wi-Fi is fast so that we can still keep working without interruption. The best part of this hotel is its STAFF. Under the manager, Mr. Chen's, leadership, the staff is super sweet and helpful. They deliver Ubereat stuff really fast! Whatever request we had, they responded promptly through LINE and acted in a professional manner. They even helped out to print out some documents we needed. They have their own kitchen, and I LOVE the chef! Instead of eating food from different places, the chef cooked most of the meals. When we need to go out to do something, the chef even prepared lunch boxes for us early. The location is ideal, and it makes travel to places much easier. This hotel will be my go to hotel when I return Hsinchu! I recommend this hotel highly!
