PROS:
The location is great:
- There is just about 5 minute walk to the beach;
- it takes only 5-10 minutes to reach the village market mall;
- and there is about 20-25 minutes to come to downtown of Hua Hin
The room is good:
- Room is quite spacious;
- There is everything you need
Breakfast is ok, there is nothing special
Also, the hotel has some parking lots, so there is no problem to park a car
Cons, there are 2 problems:
1. There are quite noisy, because of outside road and cars
2. The wi-fi connection is iften interrupting, so you need mobile internet.

This is a 3 star hotel, the decoration of the rooms is mediocre. There is a pool in second floor in which you can get a pool access from your room.
I found the pool more of a decoration than a real swimming pool.
There is another pretty small pool in fourth floor with a pool bar.
We had a room with a jacuzzi and the jacuzzi was worth the money. It worked well like it should be.
The breakfast was good but because of the location of the hotel, the noise of the traffic is little bit disturbing.
Overall, I liked the hotel but I think it should be 20% cheaper considering it is a 3 star hotel.

“Great location, but room cleanliness needs improvement.”
I loved the location — it’s very convenient and within walking distance to the mall and the beach. The property also has two swimming pools, which is a nice bonus.
However, the room could have been much cleaner. My parents hung the sign requesting room cleaning, but no one came to service the room.
Overall, it’s a good spot for the location and amenities, but the housekeeping definitely needs improvement.

One of my best hotels in Thailand so far - and better than any in Hua Hin that I have been to by a mile! Less than 200 m from Market Village (one of the two big shopping malls here), less than 200 m from a very nice beach… what else could you want? Clean and spacious rooms? Comfortable bed? Space for everything, including your suitcase? Working WiFi? Balcony with solid and comfortable wooden chairs and table? Bath gel with a scent to remember? All there. Plus bus stops nearby, massage salons, two hospitals and the city center in about 15 minutes walking.
