The hotel is good, with a very large swimming pool and it's right by the sea. However, I have some concerns about the cleanliness. I stayed for two nights, but no housekeeping staff came to clean the room. They only hung water and toilet paper outside the door, which I found a bit strange as I've never seen that before. But overall, it was okay; the room wasn't dirty or anything.

The pool was fantastic and sun loungers, cushions and pool bar with great food, friendly staff and a massage spa overlooking beach..

The location is excellent, and the view from the room is great. There's a kitchen by the pool where you can eat. The pool is clean, a bit old but it suited us perfectly. The only thing is that you have to ask for the room to be cleaned.

Good value for the price. Clean rooms, pleasant service, and a family-friendly environment. I enjoyed my stay and would consider coming back.

Stayed one night with my 10-year-old child. The air conditioning worked, it was clean, towels were provided, and there was hot water. They forgot to put out water bottles though. The sea is nearby, and the pool is super. It's a 20-minute walk to the nearest 7-Eleven, where you can also find an ATM.

Ocean view room and get Beach front location by this price really valuable but need some maintenance

Great location next to Cicada and Tamarind markets, private path to the beach. Room and breakfast are basic. Convenient if you have a car

Very poor hospitality. Staff seem hesitant to communicate with guests—you always have to approach them first. We arrived early, around 1 PM, and our room was not ready, so we went to the pool and ordered snacks and drinks. Prices were extremely high, even compared to some 5-star hotel restaurants, but the service was disappointing. When I ordered a beer, the staff simply placed the can in front of me without even offering a glass. The room felt like an old apartment rather than a hotel room. When you check inn finally we realize that we made wrong arrangements. Overall, the staff did not seem to care about guests. During checkout, we waited about 30 minutes for clearance. The front desk staff didn’t update us; they were busy talking among themselves. I had to go back to reception to ask, and only then they said everything was cleared. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience. I don’t want to demotivate anyone, but the hotel staff really need to improve their service. At the moment, the hospitality feels below zero and should at least reach a basic acceptable standard.

Since we arrived we never had hot water. Could do with more English speaking staff. Breakfast is good but gets boring after 5 days.

The hotel photos were deceiving. We were put in a really old, run-down building. The room was tiny, no balcony, no view, nothing at all. Inside, there was just an old chair and a small bedside table. Overall, I'm very disappointed and feel like I failed at booking this accommodation. I definitely won't be staying here again.

This is a classic-style hotel with a private beach nearby Huahin.

It is a nice hotel. Although a little dated around the pool area. Check in was easy. Room is clean Close to beach and markets
