Quite a nice room, big. People at the hotel are very nice. Breakfast doesn’t disappoint neither. Location is good, with a private beach, even though I found the pool more interesting.

Great old Hotel! The next day we got used to it 👌 Breakfast is not very varied, but everything you need is there! Fresh. The coffee from the coffee machine is good, fruit, two types of hot Thai dishes. Greens, omelette to order, Bacon/sausages/ham as usual. Juices / water / toast - we had enough 👌 The location is great! At the exit from the Tops Hotel, opposite the Market Village shopping center, where you have everything! And restaurants and a food court and shopping. A little further there is another large Tops. Massage parlors nearby. The hotel area is green and nice. Two swimming pools and sun loungers on the beach are also available. The beach is wide, the sea is clean, the water is clear - May. There are few people in the hotel, quiet and calm. Everyone smiles and says hello. We liked!

Beautiful hotel, good atmosphere, next to the sea, not crowded. Good service staff But it's stuck on the bathroom door and is difficult to open. You have to pull hard. Until you have to wonder if the door will break or not. You can barely see the hotel sign at the entrance and it's narrow because it's blocked by a footbridge. According to GPS, you still have to go past the entrance and have to circle the car and come back again twice.

Although it is old, it is a historic hotel with a Thai villa feel. Located right in front of Market Village, the center of Hua Hin, shopping and Perfect for moving. The beach right in front is also nice. You can see the sunrise from room 305, where I stayed. Thank you to the friendly staff!

Although it is an old building with history, it is small and cozy. There are not many tourists in the accommodation, and the quality is good. Please note that the sound insulation is not very good. The hotel next door sings until late on weekends and is very noisy. Remember to wear earplugs if you need to rest early. The hotel swimming pool goes directly to the seaside, and the sea-facing rooms are also great. Remember to watch the sunrise.

Came to stay here for the 2nd time because I liked the place. and a lot of cats in the hotel The hotel area is calm. It's quite private, with a pavilion and beds for sleeping and enjoying the beautiful sea view throughout. Breakfast doesn't have much to choose from, but it tastes good. But booking through Trip.com this time encountered a problem: the hotel could not find the booking. When checking, it was found that Trip had requested to postpone the stay date. Even though we didn't report anything. We are very unhappy with Trip.com's work when this kind of thing happened. The hotel staff were able to solve the problem very well. By opening a new room for us Fortunately, there was still 1 room available, but it was smaller than the room we had reserved.

Due to historical reasons, the furnishings are rather mottled, but the room is still useful and large enough. Breakfast is simple but has everything you need. There will be ants and spiders on the dining table, but what's the matter, it's natural and comfortable!

There is a shopping mall, Market Village, close to the hotel, which is convenient. The beach in front of the hotel is quite nice and suitable for swimming. The hotel rooms are spacious and well designed, but the overall feel is outdated, with a smell from the sofa cushions. It seems to be a good choice for those who want a rustic resort.

Baan Bayan in Hua Hin has a strategic location with the private beach, lots of restaurants and malls within walking distance. Ms Tukta made our stay very comfortable and she was also very accommodating with discounts and arranging transportation. We were a group of five friends who were very thankful for a wonderful relaxing holiday. Would like to strongly recommend the place. Thankyou Ms Tukta till we meet again in the near future! Please visit Monsoon Valley Vineyard and have lunch.... Simply lovely!

What a gem! This hotel is excellent, location is very good and it is right on the beach. It is an old building, so do not expect a modern hotel. But this place has character and it was very quiet, when I was there. Breakfast was very good and the staff in hotel was very friendly. Would love to come back one day😍
