V Villas Hua Hin, MGallery Hotel Collection Reviews

This is my 6+ times visit for V villas and I think overall services are still good but since my Butler is gone and found that personalize services needed to be improved.

great service, accommodation and overall facilities! +++

The breakfast here was excellent with a wide variety of selections of decent quality and a fresh juice station. The butlers were nice and friendly. Plenty of amenities were available. However even at what appears to be half occupancy rate at the property, there were noisy and littering guests around the relatively small property. The breakfast restaurant also got quite busy at 9am. The villas themselves are relatively well maintained, but there were rusty vent covers in the restrooms. The rooms were spacious but they offered no view. Bedrooms either had no windows or they faced walls about 6 feet away. Dinner service was slightly intrusive as we were asked 3 separate times how our dinner went. Our dishes were hastily collected and were asked to help pass finished dishes even though we've already asked for the check. The staff were nice and the breakfast was good but overall we didn't think the stay matched their ask and the experience they intended to provide. There are other luxury properties in the area provide oceanview villas and better services for the same or less. The management needs to charge less, or get rid of the glaring shortcomings.

Every staff at the villa was friendly and helpful. Our butler Bhaoyu was very attentive and took care of all of our needs. It was a relaxing stay for our family. Within 10 mins walk, you can go to the nearest mall, convenient stores, some cafes or local restaurants and local spa.

The room is quite spacious and the butler service is very considerate. It is worth praising. When a friend feels unwell, the butler immediately goes out to buy medicine. The butler service is very, very attentive and I appreciate it. The only improvement is that the food selection is a bit expensive. Others are very good. I will recommend friends to stay here but for one night. The rent is over 5,000, which is a bit expensive. 

Everything is perfect, the location is very convenient, the room is large, the privacy is good, very quiet, the swimming pool is not small, the water is not cold, the restaurant by the sea is beautiful, and the breakfast is also good.

The hotel environment is very good, the room is clean, tidy and spacious. There are many choices of food for breakfast, and the dinner is delicious! The hotel staff are polite and nice! There is also butler service, top-notch! He also introduced the itinerary and arranged a call car for us to go to the scenic spots. In addition, the hotel also provides BBQ service and arranges chefs to cook by the swimming pool! awesome! The beach is so beautiful and the sand is slippery! There is also a tea set available every day!

A very good hotel, butler Ney is very considerate, but he doesn't feel intrusive. Basically, it is not an excessive request, and he can help to do it. The butler is also very fast in replying to messages. Even if you don't go out and stay in the hotel for a day and a night, you can still enjoy it. In addition, I recommend their seafood BBQ at night and their hotel's Spa, which is very comfortable. I have done it for two consecutive days. I will definitely choose this hotel again next time I go.
