CAE Villa Hua Hin Reviews

Yes, it is 120m². If you've stayed places like this before, you'll know what to expect. Clean, but not like a Hilton or something, more like an airbnb run by your Aunt and Uncle.... as in furniture doesn't get replaced unless it's broken etc... with a price to match. Very comfortable, very private. The outdoor bathtub had some mould and took forever to fill, but again, if you've stayed places like this that is normal. Staff were helpful every way they could be, whilst for the most part leaving you alone. I did have an issue with mosquito's in the room, and the staff did try and help, but do be sure to keep glass doors closed at all times.

The room is large but the bath tub is a bit old and dusty to use. The hot water in bathroom is unstable, it would be very hot suddenly. The pool is very nice for fun but not for swimming. The staff were very nice especially the guard, he is very helpful to check the road safety whenever we drove out to the road.

It was the second time for me to stay at CAE Ville Hua Hin. The location is very nice, almost you can go everywhere on foot. Shopping centers, Railway station, Night market, The Sea. Nice private pool, huge room. Nothing is missing at this hotel.

The rooms are clean, spacious, very well proportioned, good service, convenient transportation.

The trees are too close to the swimming pool. I don't want to swim in the private pool. Leaves keep falling on the pool surface. It doesn't feel very clean. I only turn on the water pump in the morning to change and filter the water. I will not choose this villa next time. The location is average.

The hotel is not next to the sea. The rooms are very spacious. It is near the market. There are dishes and bowls available in the accommodation. The service staff is very good. The swimming pool has a lot of leaf litter. Part of the room is clean.

The lady at the front desk has a very good attitude, is warm and polite, the environment is very good, there is a private pool, and the bed is very comfortable, suitable for couples~

The indoors are clean, but there are many mosquitoes. The outdoor swimming pool and bathtub are useless. There are too many fallen leaves and the bathtub feels dirty.

Apart from being cheap and having big rooms, there are no other advantages. It is a small hotel with only ten rooms in total. Breakfast is ordered and delivered to the room every day. The location is next to the railway track. Every time I go to the 711 and the night market to buy something, I have to cross the traffic. It takes more than 20 minutes to walk to the beach and 10 minutes to the market village. The big bathtub was very, very dirty! It doesn't work at all! The swimming pool is nice and very private. Someone will come to clean up the fallen leaves in the morning🍂, but after the cleaning is done, they don’t close the door for me? I came back from a day out and saw the door open! The sister at the front desk told me to call the front desk if I wanted to clean the room. But I called the next day and she specifically told me that I had to go out for the day and that she could come and clean at any time. When I came back, a middle-aged female front desk told me that the room was not available. Cleaning, because the wooden sign at my door is not turned to the clean side. I had a question mark on my face ❓ You said you can just call me, but now she said that I didn’t read the sign, I was speechless 😓 Then she asked the aunt to come and change my towel, but the aunt just sent it to the door of my room, and the dirty towels were not included. Take it away and don't collect it in the trash can. This service is amazing. The smell in the bathroom is very strong! Especially during the day, the smell is huge! It will dissipate at night. When checking out, the front desk contacted me and asked me to take a taxi to the bus station for 250 baht, so I said no! I took a taxi from Bolt and it was only 160 baht, okay? I definitely don’t recommend this hotel if you don’t have requirements for a large room.
