Very good clean hotel in a good location

We chose this hotel as it was close to railway station as we were catching the early train to Bangkok. The hotel was fairly centrally located to a number of convenience shops and bars. The room was quite spacious and lovely with a balcony. The hotel provided a towel rack for wet swim wear which was a nice touch. Breakfast was disappointing as very little food on offer with no flavor. Even though our receipt stated a 2 hour early check in this did not occur we were advised Checkin was 2pm and they were not able to check us in before that time. Even though all the cleaners gathering in the foyer for a catch up with reception staff. This occurred at 1:15pm as we sat waiting for Checkin to occur. We were greeted by one of the cleaning staff on our floor offering us swimming towels should we be going to the pool.

Property is very clean and staff is friendly and helpful. Rooms are basic and have comfortable beds with good water pressure and controlled temperature in shower. 2 nights we could hear noise from hallway stairwell and other rooms when we were trying to sleep after 11:00 pm. Parking is very limited for only about 6 cars and 6 motor bikes. The roof top salt water pool is nice but over salted with no deep end and closes at 7:00 pm I feel 10:09 pm is more appropriate. There are comfortable lounge chairs for relaxing and sun bathing. Staff at desk will only give 1 key card to access room so I had to leave my key card at the front desk when I went out with friends so my girlfriend could get back in the room when she finished work. The first night I forgot to leave the key and she had to sit in the stairwell waiting for me to return because the staff at the desk would not let her in the room even though she checked in with me and gave her identification along with mine. Very disturbing that I paid for a room for 2 people and would not let her in. Breakfast is from 7:00 am - 10:00 am. If you want to eat get there before 8:45 because the food at buffet style breakfast begins to run out and they do not seem to want to add more items like stir fried dishes and bacon. I feel that there are better choices in Hua Hin for that price. Hotel is within short walking distance to many bars, restaurants and the beach and I believe that is what you are paying for.

The staff were extremely polite and friendly. Everything was clean. the rooftop pool was modern and above the street noise, a good place to take a nap.

Small room. Pure customer service, it’s not international standard. The owner tried to cheat for paid reservation. I had paid reservation for 17 days and planned leaving a hotel for few days and returned back during my reservation. The staff asked me to return key and didn’t allow me leaving a hotel. The safety guard push and hit me. It sounds strange and awful but it’s happened.

Excellent hotel really friendly staff. Great location walking distance to beach restaurants bars. Five minute walk from Hua Hin train station. Clean rooms good aircon great value for money
