The hotel service was excellent. We stayed for three nights, and it happened to be my husband's birthday. The hotel staff even left a cake when they cleaned our room, which was a very thoughtful touch! It's perfect for a family vacation, especially the hotel's beach where you can enjoy the sea breeze, sunbathe, and swim – it's incredibly relaxing. The breakfast was good, and serving until 11 AM is a huge plus for guests who don't want to wake up early. The restaurant's food was also great; it's a good option for dining in if you don't feel like going out to eat. There's a mall and a supermarket not far from the hotel, which is convenient for daily needs. The night market a few kilometers away offers even more food choices, and the durian there is delicious and affordable – definitely worth trying.

The room was spacious enough. We booked a pool access room, which was indeed much more expensive on weekends, but perfect for families with children.

Overall, the facilities were great. The adult pool had good vegetation coverage, ensuring plenty of privacy. The circular children's pool was a highlight, with multiple play areas for kids.

They offered free popsicles, cotton candy, juice, and other interactive activities. Even breakfast had IKEA kids' tableware.

The hotel isn't huge, but it's very comfortable and has its own private beach. There's a convenience store and a massage shop just outside the hotel. It's a short walk to Market Village, which has restaurants, a supermarket, and a Let's Relax spa. The rooms and bathrooms are spacious and very clean, and the staff are attentive, warm, and always willing to help. I enjoyed several dips in the pool, which felt very relaxing.

Excellent location, and the pool area is fantastic! There's a water slide for the kids and a jacuzzi for adults. Breakfast is incredibly rich and offers a variety of fresh fruits every day.
