I was a little worried because it was cheap, but it was clean and the staff were very friendly.

One street off the beachfront. Exactly 400 steps from the hotel to toes in the water. Beachfront hotels are easily 4 to 5 times the price.

Lovely friendly little hotel. Unfortunately, there is no lift. But a lovely little hotel 100 yards from the beach and a lovely beachbar. Shares nice swimming pool with a few local hotels,can't fault it for the price fantastic.
A 5 minute walk from a great shopping mall.

Great little hotel that is in a super location; not far from 2 big shopping malls, close to the beach, and a main transit route. Its location ensures there is no ambient noise from the Hua Hin nightlife or traffic.
The pool is also a decent size, and smaller children fruendly.

A very ordinary & disappointing hotel - no towel change at all without asking, and the pool had no subbed & the parasols were dangerous! Three times they were blown from their bases, landing close to people relaxing. I reported this every time. It was a simple job to repair (drill, thread, screw) but I’m confident this has still not been done.
My “balcony” was not worth using.
I have moved to a much nicer hotel in Hua Hin at a cheaper price!

The location is actually good if you want beach access on a budget. It’s also a short walk to Market Village for food and shopping. The room was not too big but good internet most of the time. The pool is shared by a couple hotels on the street however it closes at 6pm which is too early in my opinion and not a great environment for relaxing. The owner is a very nice Thai lady who spoke ok English. They were nice enough to hold my luggage for almost three weeks during my trip to China and Singapore. Thanks a lot for that!
