Very nice place. Central enough on the main road. 5 min car ride to night market, 5 min car ride to Cicada market. Around 2 blocks to the beach. Quiet building, new and nice.

La Casita is located in the middle of Market Village and Blue Port, so it is very well located.
(Both markets are 5-10 minutes away)
There is a 7-Eleven convenience store across the street, and there are many restaurants and massage shops nearby.
La Casita has a separate bedroom and living room and a balcony.
I stayed on the 7th floor, but the water pressure was good. The shower room's instant water heater worked well.
