Very bad experience. Poor management. Resort shuttle bus sent us to incorrect locations. Charged us incorrectly. One of locations we can’t even get any transportation back to the resort. Not recommended to any tourist.

Customer needs to clean the villas before leaving its funning, customer visits to enjoy and relax, please remeber this, during the checking out it spent 15mins for checking out so slow

兩點去check in 仍未預備好房間，去到別墅完全未清潔，梳化也有污積，最後投訴完之後再換另一間別墅。房間空間好大，但燈壞了未有維修，沒有垃圾桶及紙巾，也沒有風筒，還有蚊子。
Check out 後主動安排的士返市區，服務員態度很好，只是環境比預期差。
