2008年11月-12月期間我們住在Chomtawan Resort。我們在網上看了很多個可能的酒店后選擇了這裏,而且在腦子里想了這家酒店的大致樣子。 當我們到達時非常吃驚,因為布局跟我們之前想象的迥異,在接待處他們告訴我們,雖然已給我們預留了一個房間,但如果我們想換房間的話也沒問題。我們後來就換到靠近花園的一個單元樓了。房間裝修一般,但是一塵不染,裏面有兩個大單人床,衣櫃,冰箱,電視機,餐桌和椅子,此外陽台上還有兩把椅子和一台餐桌。貼有瓷磚的淋浴間也很寬敞,裏面有白毛巾,常見的皂盒、洗髮水等。 到我們一切都安頓好的時候,天色已暗了下來,就問接待處哪裡能吃飯,他們指了下酒店入口處對面靠近海灘的小道,走路去那裡大概需要3-4分鐘,海灘上有不少餐館,隨便選了一家,價格不貴但味道很棒。 第二天早上我們下午吃了早餐,發現是“全英式”的,有兩個雞蛋,四片培根,香腸和番茄,還有麵包,黃油,果醬,無限量咖啡和橙汁。如果你在這裏住的時間超過一两天的話,早餐價格是可以商量的。 花園漂亮,修剪地很好,泳池乾淨。有免費的wifi,使用接待處的電腦費用也合理。房間每天都有人打掃,也有新鮮毛巾提供,床單換得也比較勤。 總之,一切都符合我們的要求,但這裏最好的可能是員工了。他們一直都很友好,不怎麼說英語,但是有從各個地方來的遊客,所以也不差。對員工來說沒什麼是麻煩,他們做事情的時候都是面帶笑容。真棒。 酒店業主也住在這裏,人非常棒。我們離開的前一天,由於示威活動曼谷機場關閉了,我們就問能否讓我們繼續住在酒店,因為去曼谷的話也沒啥意義了。他們不但同意了,而且還讓我們住了同一個房間,此外他們還給航空公司、機場甚至英國方面打了無數個電話。Sammie英語說得很好,她在電話上一邊說泰語一邊用英語做筆記。 我們在 Chomtawan住得開心。安靜、乾淨、友好,靠近海灘,超值。我們還會再來的。
