スタッフの皆様は終始笑顔で素晴らしいホスピタリティでした。
ビーチサイドでのディナーやほぼプライベートなプールなど、ゆったりとした時間を過ごせました。
朝食もフレッシュな野菜やフルーツに満足です。
ビーチ側へは道路を渡る必要がありますが、スタッフが常に気配ってくださりいつでもすぐに横断出来ました。
とてもオススメなホテルです。

如果你喜歡大型的度假酒店，那不推薦普塔拉薩。看有人吐槽酒店很小，但我覺得這規模剛好。停車場走兩步到房間，房間走兩步到海灘。
酒店總共有兩個區域，sand side和beach side。villa房型都在沙灘這邊，其餘普通房型在馬路對面的sand side。對房間要求不高的，可以住sand區，便宜。看日出可以走過來beach這邊。
但sand區的房間，不能到beach區吃早飯，但beach區可以去sand區吃。sand區的泳池更大，也有躺椅曬太陽，還有一個小型健身房。
我們吃了一頓酒店的餐廳，價格比外面吃高一點，味道打七分，主打一個環境。推薦晚上在海邊bar喝點小酒，吹吹海風。
酒店有擺渡車去夜市，周邊也有很多餐廳和SPA。有點鬧中取靜的感覺，而且我覺得酒店還是比較安全，在我過馬路、開車出停車場的時候，保安都會幫你看路指揮。

我們華欣普塔拉薩整體狀況跟評價還是很不錯的，服務人員親切，絲綢房這邊鄰近泳池，早上太陽未升起時坐在池畔很放鬆，升起後的陽光也能快速將衣服曬乾。飯店有免費嘟嘟車隨時送至華欣夜市。

Khi chúng tôi đặt phòng không nói rõ là khách sạn chia làm 2 khu cách nhau bởi đường giao thông nên nếu muốn ở bên có biển thi chung tôi thêm tiền để nâng phòng , đồ ăn sáng hôm đầu đa dang muốn hơn , hôm sau ăn ở oceanside thi ít hơn , nước biển ít nên không như kì vọng lắm , nhân viên thân thiện . Bồn tắm ngày thứ 2 ở ngoài trời nên siêu nóng , chúng tôi phai đợi tận tối mới tắm được, vị trí gần chợ đêm n*** gần 711

各方面在水平之上，简约纯白设計，整洁冇多余的摆设，确實是寧静渡假好地方。清潔姐姐到位，房間有点小，攞放杂物不够用。
可是我們们周年慶祝没得到什麼帮助，特意早多月定下这心仪酒店，但说不会有待客们特別装饰及优惠，就连酒店内消費也没一点折扣，感覺没像过往我住过的五星酒店窝心重视，也不够灵活处理。尤其我预早定下房間时的价格比近入住的日期更高，这样对待我們有心到来庆祝的客人确实失望。
