Location - It is easy to get to. About 80-100 baht by Grab from central Huahin. You will need a ride to all attractions around Huahin (80 baht + by Grab) including the beach. Memory Value - Great for all ages. Lot of stuff for my little kids. My kids enjoyed the play grounds and the wave pool. They could have played those the whole day. The kids club is also well stocked for cold or rainy days. Monetary value - If you are just paying for the day pass, it is a little expensive for a family. Look for a deal at the Holiday Inn. The price for one night's stay is sometime equal or lower than a day pass for a family at the park. You get two free passes for all guests one night's stay. That is a great value. Kids breakfast buffet and stay free.

The villas are nice, conducive and very functional BUT DO NOT EVER STAY HERE!!! The construction workers are riding their stupid, extremely noisy modified motorbikes everywhere in the estate! They ride up and down, up and down; racing their noisy dirty little motorbikes round and round the estates! And when you ignore them by closing up your doors and windows, they have the audacity to come right into your villas by opening the metal gates, your main door and sneak into your villa to steal things!!! I was in the shower and heard someone coming in. This is extremely disturbing and annoying! These vile construction workers are a menace, Mercenaries and motorcyclists thugs to all of us here at the villas. Like a putrid fish market!!! I seriously DO NOT recommend this place! In fact; stay faraway from this place! It is contaminated by local thugs and motorbikes gangs working in the estate! Totally Disgusting!

Honestly shall not be so expensive to rent as in the past I knew this banyan , they. rent the house and they got amazing service golf kart service and breakfast at the morning. But this is gone I feel sad for the peoples invest on this location as I don't know the terms but the checkin system and all facilities are gone. I'm may be wrong but I remember for me that we thought to invest in this place a decade ago ! and I'm pretty sure they promote this facilites ! Let's back now to the house , it's now require some maintenance the bed make terrible noise but was fine of course and clean. the entrance door are more like require to be change as we got gap on the top of the door. I'll be fair if you need low cost places and you are around 4 or more peoples you shall rent and of course you can cook and manage your self breakfast etc.. this is not the place where you can go and expect facilities on site. Do I'll rent again probably if the price are great as I can the morning go to hua fin center and take breakfast like we did at the MARRIOT for exemple 800 thb. In this case rent it or you cook by yourself !
