酒店房間設施挺好的，但是！！操作就像謎一樣。首先我是給我外地來的朋友定的，我預訂時寫的是下午2點到店，他們當天晚上7點才到。結果到了之後，前台讓我朋友在大廳等了將近20分鐘。 理由是：現在房間正在打掃，今天鐘點房訂單多！！！！ 我請問呢？？人沒到，就先賣個鐘點房嗎？還可以這樣操作？？？而且我定了兩間，沒安排在一個樓層，還説我沒提前打招呼。一起定兩間，安排在一起不是常規操作嗎？？怎麼還要打招呼呢？？ 另外！我跟前台理論的過程中沒有得到任何迴應，衹得到了一個白眼。

打工人出差住過不少酒店，漢庭真讓我好感拉滿！踏入房間，佈局合理又敞亮，採光超棒。床品親膚乾淨，忙一天後能好好放鬆。浴室用品品質在線，沒有廉價塑料感。關鍵是工作人員超貼心，辦理入住快，還主動推薦周邊好吃的小店。樓下交通便利，省了不少通勤時間。價格親民，性價比超高，以後出差就鎖死這家了！
