Fairfield by Marriott Huai’an Downtown

The room was very spacious, and they even provided complimentary welcome fruits. It's right in the city center, with plenty of dining, entertainment, and shopping options nearby. There's a mall just across the street, and ordering takeout is super convenient since there's a Guming tea shop downstairs, and a robot delivers straight to your room.

We were very satisfied with our stay this time. The room was spacious and bright, and the facilities were brand new. My child absolutely loved the Journey to the West-themed room decor. The front desk was very responsive to our needs and even thoughtfully provided baby slippers and toiletries. The room also had a starlit ceiling at night. We'll definitely be back!

The room's new color scheme is great, very modern. It has a smart toilet, and the shower and toilet are separate, which is nice. The vanity area and closet are open-plan. The staff downstairs were very friendly and helped with our luggage.

Facilities: Comprehensive. There's a dedicated elevator from the underground parking directly to the 5th-floor lobby, then you switch to another elevator that requires a key card to access your floor. While a bit inconvenient, it does ensure privacy. Cleanliness: Tidy and spotless, with a well-designed wet and dry separation. Environment: Excellent, with a prime location. Service: The customer service was warm and welcoming. The egg rolls at the buffet were delicious, and you can even take coffee to go.

Great downtown location, with plenty of food and drink options nearby. The room was a good size, clean, and comfortable. The only minor inconvenience was having to use a transfer elevator to get in and out, but otherwise, no complaints!

The room was quiet, and the location was absolutely fantastic – super convenient for transportation, shopping, and dining. Plus, the marathon shuttle bus stop was right downstairs, which was perfect! I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Huai'an.

I was in Huai'an for a business trip and booked this hotel because it was conveniently located near my workplace. The price was quite affordable and within my company's allowance. Even though it's next to a road, it was surprisingly quiet. The only minor issue was hearing some dragging chair noises from upstairs late at night, which I found a bit odd.

The elevator access to the underground parking is inconvenient; you have to switch elevators in the lobby. The underground parking itself is quite messy and unorganized, especially on the second basement level where you even have to go up stairs to reach the elevator. Everything else was fine though.
