圖示的這棟大樓不是酒店，是前面的礦業公司，後面的一棟小樓才是酒店。
酒店本身中規中矩，畢竟也很多年了，不過也算當地中老年人眼裡比較出名的酒店。
但是這次服務真是太差了！我是把這邊作為發嫁的婚房。
1、我最開始是在攜程上訂的房間，後面見到營銷經理後，她説線下會更便宜，於是我就準備在她那裡訂這幾十間房。我問要不要簽合同，她説不要，衹是收了500訂金。然後一直勸我把攜程上訂的房間退掉。我有點猶豫就有些暫時沒退，後續再找營銷經理溝通的時候，她卻説我們這衹有最貴的房間了，愛訂不訂！幸好我攜程還有訂單沒退，再加上安排到其他酒店才解決。
2、酒店每天每個房間收300按金，如果未付房費總共要先墊付600。後來發現是因為裏面額外付費的東西比較多。不過後續會退還，我就是剛開始扣了快2萬元。
3、説好的酒店會在發嫁當天幫忙開門，提前也溝通了時間，酒店也答應安排保安去現場幫忙開門。結果，並沒有人，後來還是打電話問了好久才給開門讓婚車通過。
4、最讓人生氣的是，當時我家人誤拿了另一個房間的傘，我和前台協商明天還到前台，但是客房服務人員趁我們人不在以送酸奶的名義進入房間，偷偷打開櫃子把傘拿走，而且並沒有告知，晚上回去我們才發現。房間裏還有我們當時存放的大量禮金。因為我們也沒有來及統計具體數額，最後也衹能不了了之。

設施實在太老了，九十年代招待所的感覺，各方面的備品也很小氣。看圖片還不錯，到現場完全都是照騙。早餐也很難吃，這個價格在3、4線城市真的很不值。臨走的時候，前台人員還讓我給個好評，我都氣笑了，自己的酒店設施服務怎麼樣，沒點數嗎？
