客房位於淮北市閘河路古城路，離相山國家森林公園和淮北站都很近，徒步可達，周邊商業發達，衣食住行都有，公交車可以到達很多地方，客房房間整潔、乾淨衞生，床單、被套、枕套都是白色無污漬的，房間也不小，窗户很大，洗澡水也很熱，有網絡電視上百個頻道，晚上很安靜，房間價格便宜，性價比非常高！

還免費供應早餐，前台服務態度很好，服務熱情，房間乾淨衞生，周邊交通方便。到相山國家森林公園也很近。離火車站也很近，在房間裏可以看到火車站到標牌。而且噪聲也不大。

賓館房間裏非常乾淨，被子被單也想乾淨，賓館走廊裏還有冷熱凈水機，四周吃飯也挺方面，賓館外面還有免費停車位，很不錯，老闆人也很好。
