屬於最早入住酒店的老客户了，一開始服務和環境衞生還可以，幾年之後再次入住，服務和環境已經很差了，前台服務人員很冷漠不夠熱情，對待老客户沒有任何熱心服務意識，房間環境很差，入住房間氣味一股發黴的味道，早餐服務人員衹是例行公事，不夠主動熱情服務，地毯到處都是可見的污漬，毛巾浴巾不夠乾淨，有輕微氣味！

房間熱的要死空調也沒有冷風，池塘一夜的青蛙叫，招待的朋友一夜都沒睡好，定你們婚慶房 平台七百多一晚的房間，要收我1580，來接親大堂門口車停的亂七八糟，房間貴了這麼多 接親連手噴的禮花都不讓放，那我房間多花的錢花在哪了？，也就是在淮北就你一家高端點的酒店，服務管理都跟*一樣。開房登記前台人員也不知道怎麼培訓的，一會要接電話 一會還得跟旁邊同事説點別的事，五六個人前台站着等着登記，就不能多招兩個人？體驗都不如連鎖酒店。
