到懷化本來訂了其他家酒店，結果沒空調，臨時換附近酒店，萬象大酒店不是新開業的，報着試試看的心情，讓服務員開房間看看怎麼樣，沒想到真的不錯，房間很大，乾淨整齊，尤其是23層040號服務員態度很好，熱情周到勤快，最終選擇入住，百分之九十是040服務員的功勞，坐便器坐墊有些鬆動，也是她幫忙修好的，酒店就在商業區，晚上有夜市一條街吃的，非常方便，入住體驗很好，滿意。
