我是一個不經常點評的人，但是這次在這家酒店住了之後，我真的有回家的感覺，那天的早上因為下着大雨，出門後回酒店鞋襪全濕了，後面打電話問酒店有沒有烘鞋器，前台服務員告知我沒有，但是前台服務員説了一句很靈魂的話，目前酒店沒有烘鞋器提供給您的情況下。我讓我們工作人員員使用吹風機將鞋吹乾您看可以嗎？因為我也是出差，沒有帶多餘的鞋子，真的是很用心的解決了我一個大問題，希望酒店可以考慮備用烘鞋器。非常感謝，總之就是服務很好很用心！！！！
