首先要感謝Cali 侯（名牌上是候 是不是寫錯了）和Lucy 楊兩位小姐姐的熱情接待和悉心安排。因為同時訂了兩個房間，所以點評就寫在一條裏面了。作為環京鼎鼎有名的親子酒店，確實內容豐富多彩，可以讓孩子們盡情放電。需要特別提示注意的是部分區域的衞生情況需要隨時保持清潔維護。

前台服務人員太差，首先兩個人不穿工作服，在那不知道在打情罵俏還是幹什麼，根本不管客户來諮詢。其次，找他們要加一床被子説是屋櫃子裏有，可是説了沒有，還是被拒絕，讓再回去找，事實根本沒有，而且其中一個男的一直瞪眼睛感覺很反感跟他們説話。一起住店的不止一個人提出那男的一直在瞪人。

五一假期，不想去外地擠，就選了近郊的酒店住了兩天。第一次來懷來皇冠，感覺還不錯，酒店小童活動豐富，小童樂園地方不小，水世界也挺大，就是水温稍微有點兒涼。辦理入住的時候遇到一些小麻煩，荀奕涵小姐姐很快就幫我解決了，十分的感謝

五一帶孩子來玩，整體體驗不錯，前台有問必答，服務態度比去過的其他一些親子度假酒店要好。前台郭旭小姐姐幫我們辦理的入住十分順利，也介紹了酒店內的設施。假期期間除了小童樂園等設施還有給小朋友的活動遊戲。

環境：房間寬敞乾淨，酒店環境非常好
設施：水樂園温度舒適，很好玩，小童樂園很乾凈，小童活動也非常豐富，户外設施也寬敞，還有不少小動物，特別適合親子
服務：大堂前台的荀奕涵小姐姐特別熱情，提供了周到的服務，還有剛入住忘記了房間號，前台馬上幫助解決，總體來説非常不錯

五一帶娃來住了兩晚，體驗很好，適合親子，家長省心。水樂園一次購票可以玩兩天。室外和室內樂園孩子都很喜歡。餐廳避開高峯期，錯峯用餐體驗很好。前台荀奕涵、小楊有問必答，省了不少時間，非常感謝。
