怎麼説呢，我從來沒給酒店寫過差評這是第一次，從來沒住過這麼拉胯的酒店。
捨不得開燈，黢黑摸着黑上下樓，整個大堂黑黢黢的。
捨不得開電梯！！是的沒聽錯，沒有電梯！扛着箱子抱着嬰兒拿了一大堆東西上五樓，一天來回好幾遍。
捨不得開空調，外面35度，房間裏32度，半夜了外面涼快了房間依然很熱也有30度，沒有空調！！！！大半夜孩子熱滿頭汗。我是吃飽了撐的不直接去海坨來這麼個破地方
整個小鎮鳥人都沒有一個，所有店全關。吃個飯酒店告訴我衹有燒烤，有長者有孩子怎麼吃燒烤，不吃是吧，開車來回40分鐘去外面吃農家樂。帶着一歲嬰兒，衹能吃農家樂
不過我真的謝謝這個酒店這麼破這麼***這麼垃圾，導致我們早上7點過吃了飯就連滾帶爬的跑了，結果10點直接封城衹進不出。就這麼説吧，要被封在那個破地方，我真的能當場自閉！要是酒店稍微好點多呆一會就被封在裏面了，我真的謝
到了海坨坐擺渡小車車的時候碰到一家三口也在吐槽西鎮酒店，就知道原來同是天涯淪落人，他們也一大早就跑了
我都不用匿名，罵的就是你們，垃圾！！

酒店衞生:8日下午到的酒店，是在張家口，還是一個半營業的狀態，前台接待和後廚服務都很好，房間的灰塵很厚，桌子百葉窗淋浴沒有清理過，房間的浴缸不能泡澡，熱水器的熱水撐不到放完水，最多沒過腳踝，床很軟但是並沒有很好的睡眠體驗，一覺起來腰痠背痛的，酒店所在的這個社區就是住房，配套設施都沒有營業，除了人工湖和自然景色沒什麼可以玩的，靠近延慶的古崖居可以自駕出去，在酒店吃了一頓燒烤，味道還可以，2人264元，午餐是自助，早餐單點
