房間很舒適，1樓外面有一個自己的小院子，二樓沒住人，我們在院子裏就感覺很自在！衞生巾乾濕分離的
雖然我們去的週末有一場婚禮，但是並不覺得吵鬧，反而和佈景開心拍照。文藝活動是畫兔爺，老師還講了知識，大人和孩子都玩的很開心！一場完美的體驗！如果可以有小小建議的空間，那麼就是希望1. 枕頭考慮換換 2 榻榻米的設計可以安排墊子不？3 套餐裏的餐食是不是可以選擇固定或者換等價的其他菜品呢？謝謝工作人員，非常熱情到位，有機會還要再去的！

酒店的設施和整體環境很一般，2000多的房價，不如同等價格的度假酒店。但是酒店服務非常周到，感謝接待小潔。酒店餐食很棒，住宿套餐中包含的晚餐非常豐盛，菜做的很有水平。早餐雖然種類不是很多，但是食材新鮮，品質感很好。很大程度彌補了酒店環境和設施的不足。

特別好的入住體驗，安靜，服務貼心，拍照出片，還有美食美酒加持，還經酒莊預訂了直升機空中遊覽古長城，很特別的視角讓娃很開心，已經跟娃説好等夏天再來玩。

青普的品質是值得信賴的。這次入住八達嶺瑞雲店，北方的冬季人比較少，即使衹有我們一家人服務還是非常到位的，接待我們的小潔添加了微信，菜單活動都是提前發給我們確認。活木生香的活動體驗非常好。建議就是酒莊博物館可以多涉及些葡萄酒的相關內容就好了，也能體現這個店的特色。整體位置來看還是推薦春夏秋季節比較好，當然冬季清凈適合思想獨處遠離喧鬧的人。

這地方是好的沒話說，冬天的荒涼美是鏡頭拍不出來的，可以想像夏天又是另一番景致。再說說早、晚餐，份量真是很足夠，我們的記憶點是晚餐的中菜，真的是五星酒店中餐廳的水平。最重要的是員工們，全部活力滿滿，非常細心。
我們很少填這種問卷，但今次我們很認真的寫，希望有更多人支持這間酒店🙏🏻

What an amazing hotel! The service was incredible! We were provided a butler, who helped us arrange dinner reservations and a wine tasting. The room was perfect. Everything was clean, the shower was wonderful, the mattress was very comfortable. The restaurant and craft classes were great too!
