很意外，住到一個新的酒店，環境沒話説！ 前台小姐姐態度也很好！熱水來的也很快，智能小度也很聽話，很方便！躺在床上喊一句就關燈了！ 之前住了這邊其它幾個酒店，雖然價格差不多，但是服務真的不如這家！ 昨晚雪下的很大，沒地方吃夜宵，酒店非常貼心的為我準備了免費的泡麪和火腿腸作為夜宵，真心感謝！非常用心了！ 出差住宿值得推薦的！ 早上前台的咖啡也很棒！而且是免費的！ 真心給這家酒店點贊！

I came here for the first time on a business trip. I didn’t think about it when I searched online. There are really Vienna hotels. Compared with big cities, I personally feel that the rooms are clean and tidy. I took a hot shower and lay down on the big bed. Comfortable, I feel at home. The beauties at the front desk are also very enthusiastic. I must like them.

If you want to check in, it is best to communicate with the front desk in advance about the room you want. Some rooms are adjacent to the road and the windows are not closed tightly, making the noise a headache. The soundproofing of the rooms not next to the road is ok. The front desk service is still available, and the cleaning will also give you regular replacement of bath towels, towels and toiletries. There are supermarkets, takeaways, and snacks near the hotel, and the transportation is fairly convenient.

I didn't expect the front desk service to be very professional, polite, warm and friendly, the room was cleaned, the facilities were clean and the bed was comfortable to sleep.
