酒店位置一般，去萬達吃飯需要走出去大概1.5公里。大廳明亮，房間寬敞明亮，前台服務熱情，給房間升了級，安排在安靜的地方，必須點贊。早餐比較馬虎，也能吃飽。

湖北之行，心心念唸的東坡赤壁，也因此選擇怡程酒店，也算意外驚喜，設施很新，服務也不錯，早餐有些簡單，但也算物有所值。

酒店硬件設施不錯，室內還有加濕器；衞生條件挺不錯的，乾淨整潔；早餐豐富，沒想到還有熱乾麪吃；服務員態度很好，主人翁意識特別強。朋友忘記拿包，竟然被保安大叔發現送至前台，發現有小偷偷走現金，前台等工作人員熱情協助查監控、報110、打電話……子夜時分忙了將近2個小時，小偷終於把錢吐出來，感謝保安徐長慶師傅、前台李甄、鄧夢琳等員工。隆重推薦！
