房間很舒服也很乾凈，老闆夫婦人超好，很和氣很温暖，老闆會去車站接我們，幫我們安排停車位，老闆娘早上會做好吃的早餐，兩個人還熱心地帶我們去景點，各種推薦，真的超級棒！推薦來呈坎一定要住這家！性價比很高！

非常滿意的一次住宿經歷。老闆為人熱情，到景區入口親自接送，為我們指路去永興湖，帶我們去買門票（去永興湖和羅家祠的時候要查票）。住宿用品一應俱全，比較高級，乾淨衞生。窗外風景好，院子有秋千有茶座，乾淨寬敞，還有幾衹粘人的小貓咪，住宿環境很舒服。老闆娘做的麪很好吃。五一住宿，老闆還很大方地贈送了好吃的黃山燒餅、徽墨酥和黃山毛峯，對客人很用心。特別之處，樓上有個觀景台，坐在高處，俯瞰民宅很清凈。

民宿位於古鎮裏面，在春節期間，對這個價位來説，房間還算可以。民宿在靠近北門的位置，交通很方便，行李老闆用電三輪管接送。春和房間是個1.8米的大床，進門就是個1米的榻榻米，房間內部幾乎沒有公共活動區域，比較擁擠。三個人住宿的話，榻榻米可以加墊子做成小床，能睡得寬敞點。二人住宿的話，榻榻米就顯得多餘礙事了。衞生間偏小，沒有窗户。總體房間比較乾淨，空調也給力。老闆每天提供新鮮水果和徽墨酥，特別好吃。院子也特別乾淨，可以曬太陽，圍爐煮茶，比較舒服。
