Elong Anyue Hotel (Huangshan Scenic Area South Gate Transfer Center)

Facilities: Well-equipped. Cleanliness: Spotless. Service: The service was exceptional, especially the shuttle transfer which was a great help. The Xu's Anhui Cuisine restaurant next door was also delicious.

The room was very clean and spacious, with a great ambiance. The front desk service was excellent, and the staff were all very attentive. The breakfast was reasonably priced and offered a good variety of options. What really stood out was that as soon as we got out of the car, a staff member asked if we were going hiking and thoughtfully provided a paper map of Huangshan. They even gave us some special Huangshan biscuits as a souvenir, which was a really lovely touch. I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit!

Oh my goodness, this hotel is absolutely incredible! The warm service almost overwhelmed me. They even offer a welcome gift upon check-in, and the whole room is smart-home enabled. Plus, it's a mountain-view room and super spacious – just fantastic! It's so convenient, I can just slip on my slippers and head to dinner on the 12th floor. And a bonus: older guests get an 85% discount!

We arrived at the hotel in the morning and they offered a convenient shuttle service that took us to the transfer point at the South Gate. It was super handy. When we checked in at night, the lady at the front desk saw we had a child with us and upgraded us to a family room. Our kid absolutely loved it as soon as we walked in. Everyone at this hotel is incredibly welcoming and friendly. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Huangshan.

The hotel's location is excellent, and the front desk staff were very polite. The room layout was great, with a tea plantation right outside the window. It was also convenient to shop around the hotel. The next morning, the hotel's private shuttle took us to the transfer center. It's a great choice for visiting Huangshan.

The room was tidy and clean, and the hotel staff were friendly and helpful. It was convenient for dining and accommodation. They enthusiastically gave me tips for visiting Huangshan, which made me, as an outsider, feel very welcome and not at all lost. I'll definitely recommend this place to my friends when I get back home.

Environment: The window doesn't face the street, so it's not noisy at night, which is really great. Hygiene: There were stains and a hole in the sheets, but the bed was comfortable to sleep in. Service: The hotel staff's service attitude was very good. I also felt that the cashier at the supermarket outside the hotel, the shuttle driver, and the staff at Huangshan Scenic Area all had good attitudes. The hotel has a partnership with a local restaurant. After ordering, the food is delivered directly to your room, which is convenient but the taste was average. For lunch, I ordered shredded potatoes with fried chicken, and for dinner, Anhui flat noodles. Both were very oily. The beef in the flat noodles had a smell like stinky mandarin fish, probably because the beef and stinky mandarin fish were stored together and their flavors intermingled.

Cleanliness: Decent. Environment: Good soundproofing, pleasant stay. Service: Front desk staff were excellent, very helpful and answered all questions.
