晚上8點多洗澡，直接是冷水澡，沒有熱水可以洗澡。前台沒人接電話，去哪兒客服沒人聽，在線客服沒有人。換洗床單直接扔地上。房間地板也不怎麼乾淨，樓下什麼都沒有。總體一般，不會再來
