今天凌晨三點入住，酒店漆黑一片，打電話聯繫工作人員，打了5個電話才接通，尋求能不能把大堂燈打開，我們不敢進去辦理入住，前台態度非常非常非常差勁的答應了，但最後我們還是摸黑進去的，好傢伙兒，前台就給自己臉上懟了一個麪燈，你懂那種凌晨三點漆黑的大樓一張慘白帶着怨恨的臉懟着你的感受嗎？當然了，這還不是最差勁的。問沒帶身份證能不能入住，皺眉回答不行問電子身份證能不能辦理入住還回答不行？？？問能不能延遲退房，皺眉回答不行一個服務人員，在顧客詢問一些基本問題時一直皺眉，不耐煩、一直做出拒絕的姿態並不給出解決方案，要我們一遍一遍又一遍詢問，好吧確定是擾了您的清夢，但這不應該是您的工作時間嗎？辦理入住起碼等了15分鐘，住房基本訊息也搞錯，服務態度令人作嘔，真的太差勁了。馬桶圈內側還有屎尿，雙人床洗漱用品衹備了一份，還要去衣櫃框子裏自己翻，真的太差勁了。

酒店位置很好找，停車🅿方便有停車場，床特別舒服，酒店環境乾淨整潔，工作人員熱情，服務還貼心，上山和下山還有車免費接送到黃山景區門口，下山回到酒店，前台還有免費菊花茶供應。下次來遊玩我還會選擇他們家😜

酒店地理位置很好，離黃山換乘中心很近，步行不到二十分鐘，人不是很多的情況下老闆還可以開車給送過去，給免費提供了登山杖、地圖，我們訂的大床房，房間裏有兩瓶水，紙什麼的都充足，中央空調、熱水也可以，如果來爬黃山可以住這裏，服務不錯～
