Orange Hotel (Tangkou Store, South Gate of Huangshan Scenic Spot)

The room was spacious and very comfortable. The front desk staff provided excellent service, always responding quickly to any issues we had. 👍

The hotel's location is excellent, very close to the Namdaemun transfer station, and the front desk staff are incredibly kind and helpful! They even arranged a carpool for us while we were still on the high-speed train. Whenever we had questions during our stay, they were always patient and attentive. We took the hotel's shuttle to Namdaemun at 6:20 AM, and our whole day of hiking went smoothly. Thank you so much! 🥹🌹 The hotel also gave us a souvenir, which was a really nice touch 👍

Traveling with friends, this was our first time staying at an Orange Hotel. The hotel was very clean and tidy, with an elegant and comfortable environment. The staff's service attitude was excellent. Since there were many seniors in our group, we frequently asked about visiting the Huangshan Scenic Area. The concierge was incredibly patient in explaining everything, offering suggestions, and even helping us book tickets. We are very grateful.

Noise: Our room was right next to a busy road, and the noise from passing cars at night was quite loud, with poor soundproofing. Hardware: It was very mediocre. The room was damp, and when I tried to turn on the air conditioning to dehumidify, a moldy smell immediately came out, so I quickly turned it off. Overall, it felt more like a guesthouse rebranded as a Citrus Hotel. Pros: The hotel offers free shuttle service to the bus transfer point. We went in mid-April during the off-season. We booked a triple room for three people for just over 300 yuan a night. For that time of year, I'd say the price was neither high nor low. At the time, a standard room at the nearby All Seasons Hotel was only a little over 200 yuan. If I had known, I would have rather spent an extra 100 yuan and booked two rooms elsewhere.

The room environment was comfortable, and it was convenient to eat and shop downstairs. The hotel offered a free shuttle bus to the South Gate of Huangshan. The front desk staff, both the handsome guys and beautiful ladies, were very friendly. I booked a standard twin room, but they upgraded me for free and even gave me complimentary breakfast vouchers. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time.

Traveling to Huangshan, this hotel is very close to the mountain. They offer a free shuttle directly to the transfer point for getting up Huangshan. I stayed for two nights. The first night, the family next door started making a lot of noise, talking loudly from 5 AM until after 7 AM – it was pretty annoying to encounter such inconsiderate guests! However, the manager handled it promptly and helped us switch rooms for the second night, which was great. I'd definitely come back next time.

The room was spacious, clean, and hygienic. Breakfast had a great variety. After coming down from the mountain, the front desk helped arrange a shared ride to Huangshan North Station. There are many restaurants across from the hotel, as well as downstairs. I went to Junyue Huizhou Cuisine across the street, and it was pretty good. In the morning, they arranged a free shuttle bus to the scenic area's main gate pick-up point. Everything went smoothly. Very satisfied.
