特別要表揚的是前台的汪珍珍小姐。她以專業的態度和親切的微笑迎接了我，讓我在辦理入住手續時感到非常輕鬆愉快。汪珍珍小姐不僅迅速高效地完成了所有必要的手續，還主動提供了關於酒店設施和周邊景點的有用訊息，讓我對即將開始的旅程充滿了期待。
值班經理朱葉清小姐同樣給我留下了深刻的印象。在我遇到一些突發的小問題時，朱葉清小姐及時出現並給予了幫助。她不僅處理問題迅速，而且態度和藹，讓我感到非常安心。朱葉清小姐的專業和熱情讓我對黃山酒店的服務水平有了更深的認識。
酒店的房間非常舒適，床鋪柔軟，設施齊全。窗外的景色更是讓人心曠神怡，每天醒來都能看到江的壯麗景色，真是一天美好的開始。
餐飲方面，酒店提供的早餐種類豐富，口味地道，為一天的活動提供了充足的能量。晚餐也同樣令人滿意，無論是中餐還是西餐，都做得非常精緻。

Our family spent a week visiting Huangshan and the surrounding area. Crowne Plaza Huangshan Yucheng was the best of the best in the area. The location and the rooms were nice, and the breakfast was exceptional. The staff at the hotel was incredible. I would like to thank all the friendly staff members at the hotel for the wonderful service, particularly Mr. Kevin Wang. I would highly recommend this place to all travelers.

五一假期帶老母親出遊，下午兩點到前台辦理入住。有可能是因為假期顧客稍多一點，辦理時間長，年輕女前台的態度也很冷淡，相比曾經入住的成都、北京、上海的皇冠假日，讓人第一感覺就服務不到位，也是本次入住唯一不足之處。
酒店比較新，位置也挺好的，外面就是一個小公園和江邊步道，夜景不錯。房間整潔，客房服務也可以。
