Huangshan Bai Yun Hotel

The room was clean and the service was excellent. It's very close to Bright Summit, so I caught the sunrise in the morning. There were also performances in the evening, and the prices weren't expensive. It was great!

The hotel's service is incredibly thoughtful. They provide down jackets, a dryer, local fruits, and even offer entertainment, like guided sunrise tours. The room was great too – clean and hygienic, with mountain views from the window where you can catch a glimpse of the sea of clouds. The first picture was taken right outside the hotel.

The room design is incredibly practical. It was raining on the day we arrived, and my shoes got wet, but the dryer in the room was a lifesaver – they were perfectly dry and comfortable to wear again the next day. The breakfast buffet was also excellent, with a great variety of options. They even provide fruit and snacks. The room itself was thoughtfully designed with children in mind. The location is fantastic, very close to Aoyu Peak, making it easy to catch both sunrise and sunset, just a 15-minute walk away.

The room was clean and tidy, and the front desk lady provided excellent service. They even left three down jackets in the room, so I didn't have to worry about the cold when watching the sunrise in the morning. There was also a shoe dryer and a foot bath, allowing me to sleep soundly and wash away a day's fatigue. 😄 This is my second stay at Baiyun Hotel, and I will definitely choose it again next time. It's highly recommended and offers the best value for money. It's also conveniently located near Bright Summit, Aoyu Peak, and West Sea Grand Canyon. Both the environment and service are top-notch!

To catch the sunrise, sunset, and sea of clouds, an overnight stay is a must! I'd heard great things about Baiyun Hotel for a long time, so I booked it without hesitation. Considering its mountaintop location, the hardware might not be top-notch, but the key is the excellent service. Shi Xiaomin's service made us feel right at home. From her thoughtful care before we even arrived, to upgrading our room and bringing us various warm treats (fruit, drinks, coffee, a foot soak bucket, performance notifications, and important notices), everything felt incredibly welcoming. Thank you, Xiaomin! I'll definitely look for you again next time!

The hotel truly didn't disappoint. The amenities were excellent, the hygiene was impeccable, and the environment was very comfortable. The service, especially, was incredibly warm. On our first day, they helped us plan our sightseeing route, and in the evening, the hotel even had a performance. Then, in the early morning of the second day, they took us to the best spot to watch the sunrise. With the help of our personal concierge's arrangements, we really saved time and effort, and had a fantastic trip.

Excellent service and a superb location! This hotel is perfectly situated for hiking, offering the best base for ascending and descending the mountains. It's an ideal spot to catch the sunrise and sunset at Aoyu Peak and Bright Summit. Plus, they offer local cultural performances like Huangmei Opera, fish lantern dances, and dragon dances. Highly recommended as the top hotel choice for exploring both the front and back mountains!

The environment is great, and the facilities are comprehensive. They even provide umbrellas and warm jackets, which is very thoughtful. There are performances, a shoe dryer, a hairdryer, a weighing scale, and a one-on-one butler service that is warm and attentive. The breakfast selection is rich, and they even take you to watch the sunrise. The service is excellent.

I traveled during the May Day holiday, avoiding the peak crowd, and my highly anticipated Huangshan trip was absolutely perfect. I originally planned to stay at a hotel on Bright Summit, but I changed it at the last minute the day before my hike. I'm so glad I chose Baiyun Hotel! The five-star service was impeccable – they provided foot soak tubs, shoe dryers, flashlights, and even down jackets. In the evening, they thoughtfully delivered fruit, and the 'Wogan' mandarins were incredibly sweet. The breakfast was also very rich and varied. Just a small suggestion: two bottles of water in the room felt a bit scarce, and the 160 CNY dinner buffet wasn't as good as breakfast; it could definitely be improved. Manager Xiao Min was excellent, and the self-directed performances by everyone were fantastic.
