This is the 210th hotel we've visited with our child. The hotel is located in Xixinan Ancient Village in Huangshan, and is made up of 12 reconstructed Ming and Qing dynasty ancestral homes. The core area was once the childhood residence of Zhu Zhishan, and later became Xinan Academy. The courtyard still retains ancient steles and old plaques, and some guest rooms feature rubbings of Zhu Zhishan's calligraphy, allowing you to experience the charm of his brushwork. The rooms maintain the original appearance of the ancient homes, cleverly integrating modern design and offering a full range of amenities. The only drawback is that the bathroom and bedroom are on separate floors, which isn't very convenient for families with young children, especially at night. Despite the large number of tourists in Xixinan, the hotel is exclusively open to guests, which keeps the bustling crowds just outside its walls. It's perfect for photography, relaxation, and getting away from it all.

Great location, right in the heart of the scenic area. The service was excellent, especially the very polite shuttle driver. It's an old house with a courtyard, full of character.

Every corner offers a picturesque view, perfect for photos. The rooms are bright and airy, and impeccably clean. All the staff are incredibly warm and welcoming. The restaurant serves a diverse breakfast, and their lunch and dinner feature authentic Anhui cuisine. For those driving, there's a dedicated parking lot, and the hotel provides a shuttle service. Located right within the Xixinan Scenic Area, it's incredibly convenient for sightseeing. It's a tranquil retreat in a bustling area, making for an exceptionally comfortable stay.

Extremely satisfied with my stay! The hotel's ambiance is fantastic, with authentic Huizhou architecture that's incredibly photogenic. My friends were full of praise too. There are also great activities nearby, enough to spend half a day exploring. I'll definitely bring my family here again next time I have the chance.

This centuries-old Huizhou-style ancient building is incredibly well-preserved and super photogenic, creating a wonderful atmosphere that's perfect for a relaxing getaway. We arrived late in the evening during the June plum rain season, and it was pouring. The hotel staff came to pick us up, which was really great. I've seen this hotel brand in other cities too.

Environment: The hotel's environment is excellent, and there are shuttle carts to take you to and from the parking lot. Facilities: Pretty standard, has everything you'd expect. Location: The location is right within the scenic area, very close to the stream on both sides.

A hidden gem of a historic mansion hotel in Xixinan! This hotel, a reconstructed ancient residence of Zhu Zhishan, boasts traditional Huizhou architecture, complete with gardens, small bridges, and flowing water. The serene environment is incredibly picturesque, and each guest room is full of ancient charm, offering a stunning view at every turn – a truly fantastic experience. There's also a swimming pool, making it a great spot for summer water fun. The butler service is attentive, and both the afternoon tea and the home-style Huizhou dishes are amazing. Sipping tea and exploring the ancient house, you can slow down and soak in the poetic charm of Huizhou. It's truly a top choice for a vacation!

Came to Huangshan for a vacation to see the Fish Lantern Festival and stayed a night at Zhuzhishan's former residence. The butler contacted me a day in advance and was incredibly responsive. The hotel shuttle picking us up late at night was an amazing experience! The most incredible part about Xixinan is the scenery within the hotel itself; every step reveals a new beautiful view. The blend of Huizhou architecture and modern design is very harmonious. I will definitely come back to experience it again next time!

The hotel entrance is unassuming, but it's a hidden gem inside and perfect for a staycation. The services and amenities are complete, and the breakfast is delicious and plentiful. The front desk staff were very warm and attentive; seeing that I was traveling with elderly family members, they immediately and proactively moved us to a more convenient ground-floor room. My elders were extremely satisfied.

The rooms and public areas are very stylish, and the facilities are comprehensive. The service is excellent, including shuttle transfers to the visitor center and bus stop. The front desk and dining options are fantastic. In addition to the complimentary breakfast and afternoon tea, the a la carte lunch was also delicious. The location is superb.

Traveling with a family of seven, we were so grateful for the room upgrade and being placed on the same floor. The hotel views are absolutely stunning; no need for editing those photos! The front desk service was impeccable; they proactively contacted us with directions and sent reminders for our outings. The shuttle service was great too – the driver who took us between the hotel and the visitor center was so friendly and chatty. The afternoon tea and breakfast spreads were both incredibly rich and varied. This hotel is perfect for unwinding and a relaxing getaway. We'll definitely be back!
