Yexu Meisu Hotel

It's been almost a month since I came home. I forgot to give a thumbs up to the boss lady. The house we stayed in had a large balcony outside. The view was really great. The B&B was on the road very close to Tangkou Bridge. It was easy to find (you can find it directly by navigating). The boss lady was very kind and the food she cooked was simply too delicious. The main ingredients were very fresh. My mother and I stayed for two nights. We only had one breakfast outside and one lunch in a hot pot on Huangshan Mountain. The rest were in the B&B. The hiking poles, raincoats and route maps were prepared. We went early on the morning of the climb. The boss sent us to the visitor center. The boss lady and I also agreed that we would meet again if we came to Huangshan again. The name of "Maybe Meisu" is really good. Maybe we will meet again. Maybe the scenery at the next stop will be better. Maybe all the good things will meet unexpectedly...

We arrived at this homestay to check in at around 5pm. The owner was very enthusiastic and helped introduce the hiking route and carry the luggage. We were tired from the journey and wanted to go out to fill our stomachs to prepare for the hike tomorrow. The owner said that his own cooking was delicious. We were tired and didn't want to walk, so we decided to try it. We tasted the quality of a star chef. We ordered three dishes: native chicken pot, fresh bamboo shoots and braised meat, and mixed wild vegetables. The two of us couldn't stop eating. The ingredients are very fresh and clean, and the dishes are all cooked and stewed. When the chicken was stewed, the aroma filled the front hall. It was salty and delicious. The chicken was tender and juicy. The flavor of chili and pepper slowly aroused the appetite. The aroma of spices and chopped green onions brought different levels of enjoyment to the sense of smell and taste buds at the same time. It was not greasy. It was a blessing to mix the soup with some rice. By the way, I would like to mention his rice. It is very fragrant and absolutely different from the ordinary rice in most restaurants. Let's talk about the fresh bamboo shoots and braised pork. The fresh bamboo shoots are so crispy and tender that they can only be eaten in the place of origin. With local pork and simple seasonings, it is a delicious dish. The flavors of fresh bamboo shoots and pork blend with each other, which not only maintains the natural flavor of the ingredients but also adds freshness and fragrance. The taste is fresh, salty, spicy, crispy and delicious. I don't know the name of the wild vegetables mixed with them. The taste is salty, sour, spicy, refreshing and delicious. The soup is warm and the wild vegetables are crisp. The wild vegetables have their own fragrance and bring a variety of taste satisfaction to the taste buds. That's all I'll share. I rarely write reviews. This time I was amazed. If each dish adds some shapes and improves the knife skills, it will definitely be the quality of a star chef. Each dish is full of fragrance, rich in layers and unique in taste. I didn't go anywhere for the next two days and just ate here.

The boss was warm and friendly. I called first to ask if I needed a quieter room with my dog. He recommended a large terrace on the fourth floor. The room was large and clean. It had four-star facilities. The bed was very comfortable. The boss's cooking was at the level of a private kitchen and should not be missed. The boss drove us to the Yungu Cableway. We took the bus down the mountain to the Tangkou Bridge and walked 300 meters to the hotel. Pet-friendly

老闆娘服務很周到 房間佈局也很好 爬完山還特意送來了泡腳桶 我覺得吃飯在店裡吃就好別出去到處踩雷了

民宿主人特別好，孩子特別喜歡，五一期間打不到車還自己來接送，做飯特別好吃，讓我們的旅行很輕鬆愉快

民宿離黃山南大門很近，老闆娘早上還會開車送到門口。衞生還是做的很好的，設施也很正常。老闆娘做的菜好吃，早餐晚餐都是在民宿吃的，下次再去黃山還是住這裏。

We took the high-speed train to Huangshan North Station at night. It was already past 11pm when we arrived at the B&B. It was raining heavily at night. The proprietress came out with an umbrella to pick us up as soon as she saw our car. The room was clean and spacious, and the balcony had a good view of the mountains across the street. It is worth mentioning the proprietress's cooking skills. After climbing the mountain, we didn't want to go anywhere else, so we ordered dishes in the B&B. The taste was unexpectedly good. All the dishes were cooked by the proprietress. Four people ordered five dishes and ate them all. We decided to have another meal before leaving the next day. I will come again next time just for the proprietress's cooking skills.
