服務態度還可以，酒店是沒有電梯的。有大件行李的千萬不要讓他們安排在高層。床單和被套上有好幾個洞，這搞衞生的人是高度近視嗎？這樣的床單和被套居然給你鋪上床。還有就是早飯要早點去吃，去晚了就沒啥吃了。房間不是很大。唯一的好處就是在老街上，毛豆腐和舒睡套裝你不問他們要，他們不會主動給你的

我們一行四個七十多歲的長者。在網上眾多的酒店名宿中選中了希諾酒店。在住店前，我電話跟酒店前台溝通，是否可以照顧長者房間安排一樓方便進出。接待我的是小方，她立馬答應重新佈局調整房間，很讓我們感動。到酒店的這一天，天下着雨屯溪老街車子不能進去，酒店前台小邵冒着雨到外面來迎接我們，幫忙搬運行李。他們積極熱情的工作態度覺得選擇這家酒店沒錯。最讓我們感歎的是他們24小時免費提供咖啡，還是品質比較好的現磨咖啡，這是在五星級酒店都不曾見到的。他們的酒店早餐雖然地方不大，擺放的也不像星級賓館那樣花裏胡躁，但是品種很多你要想到的基本都有。還有免費的夜宵甜點呢。都是我們能看得見他們親自燒的。幾天的住宿不管我們有任何需求，他們一定會滿足的。他們的床上用品不管是枕頭還是被褥都是很舒服的。四天的旅行圓滿結束！開心回家了！
