先説下，環境，設施，房間都非常好！為什麼給差評呢？因為差評才有人看，才會引起重視！因為餐廳的服務太差！我們17晚入住，18日早6點20旅行社接我們去黃山。頭一天前台説早餐6點半開始來不及了，但可以早點去看有啥吃啥。18日早6點05到餐廳，餐廳門口一小個女服務生態度特別差，怎麼説都不讓進，説都沒做好！我們説那進去坐着等會，馬上説不行，都進去了不就亂套了之類的！不知道她把自己當成啥了？把客人當成啥了！服務之惡劣，*****，前所未見！另外也有同樣遭遇的客人怎麼説都不行，半路酒店又出來個男的一直嚷嚷説不能進，不知道是什麼職位！幹啥啥不行，跟客人吵架第一名！入住的客人有一半是去黃山的，都要早起，都要吃早餐，為什麼不能早點來點開？全國住過這麼多酒店，高中低檔的都有，但把要去的客人阻攔外面的你家頭一個！不從細節考慮，不為客人着想，如何才能把服務做好！如何才能有好的口碑！黃山很美！酒店設備很好！前台服務也熱情，但被餐廳，被門口的服務生拉低了檔次！

凌晨入住，安排的不知道主樓還是副樓，落地窗風景不錯，但是半夜的火車鳴笛聲真的太吵了，退房時服務態度比較好

五一期間入住，超有性價比。房間很大，有一個獨立的衣帽間。衞生間乾濕分離，但是缺掛衣服的鈎子。早餐很滿意，麪條特別好吃。停車方便，總之非常推薦的一家酒店。
