我們到酒店時才中午12點，還沒到入住時間，就隨口問了一下能不能提前入住，而且當時我們提供的入住資料還不全。沒想到前台的小夏先給我們辦理了入住手續，還答應我們等我們資料齊全了再補一些手續（儘管這樣會加大他的工作量）。我們在這次旅行的另外一個酒店也有類似的遭遇，但是沒能碰到像小夏這樣的熱心服務。這給了我們很大的方便，使我們能夠在房間裏小憩片刻，卸下行裝，再享受一下酒店的自助餐。餐廳服務員還讓我們先看了一下菜品再決定是不是在這裏用餐，結果看上去不錯，味道也可以。每次出門前我都會讓小夏看一下我的路線是不是合理，每次他都會不厭其煩地給我們提供了他的意見。希望下次有機會還可以再來。

沒想到黃山山頂有如此好的酒店，驚喜。
設施與山下的四星差不多，乾淨衞生。
包含的自助早餐種類不少，考慮到這是黃山頂就更驚艷了。
自助晚餐180元每人，種類還不少，味道也可以。要是點菜菜單中的菜種類能多一點，價格能稍微親民一點會更好。
