酒店感覺住在公園的感覺，環境很不錯，工作人員也很熱情。不過和正常的星級酒店比可能服務上有些區別，給人感覺更多像名宿管家服務。

園林酒店，環境美麗，房間也不錯。提個小意見，酒店門外建議可以弄個發光的指示牌，酒店位置是凹在裏面的，我們晚上過來一開始沒找到，周圍路況黑漆漆的，還有酒店大廳內也建議做個小標識，通往大廳出口，通往地下停車場，從餐廳出來，一羣人在大廳內迷失方向。其他都挺好。

房間舒適，免費幫忙升級了房型。窗口望出去就是積極歷史感的下尖塔，旁邊去西溪南、唐模、牌坊羣等都非常方便，早餐是份餐，品種不算非常多但味道不錯，現包現下的的小混沌很不錯。
