Hotel service is very good. Front desk staff, especially Chloe, is very helpful. We requested for non-smoking room and they explained there’s no non-smoking floor in the hotel but they can clean up the rooms off smoke scent before handing to us. On checkin, they personally showed us to our room and asked that we inspect it before accepting. No request is too small. When we told them the room felt cold, they sent someone to help adjust the heater for us. We had a great stay!

The hotel is a villa complex with a great environment. It is a veritable garden resort hotel. There are small bridges and flowing water in the garden, and the wind-blown lotus in the courtyard is exquisite and unique. Opposite is Xin'an River, and the night view is beautiful. It is also close to Tunxi Old Street, and it is very convenient to travel. The hotel housekeeper and the front desk are warm and thoughtful, the service is very good, and the breakfast is very rich. My parents and I came to climb Mount Huangshan and stayed in Old Street the night before. The front desk staff was very responsible for guiding the parking and told me that there is no charge for parking at the entrance of the hotel. If you park inside, you will be charged for parking. The room is a duplex with three beds. The bedding is of suitable softness and hardness, and the size of the house is also good. Just a few minutes walk to the old street. The staff inside are very nice. The security guard also helped press the elevator button.

Hostel reception and manager were excellent host, they were very hospitable. The location of the hostel is very good for those doing day trips to Hong cun, Xidi and Huangshan as it's just a short walk to the main bus station to these areas (long distance bus station). It's also about 2km from the Huangshan old town which is walkable for an evening stroll. I will visit Huangshan Hong Cun/Xidi and stay in this hostel again.

Recently open hotel. Everything is new and just perfect.. Very comfortable rooms, with great shower and modern washroom. Impeccable. The room is functional room with desk small fridge. There are , plenty of water bottles and tea was provided. Great modern layout, the window opens to allow air in. Breakfast is reasonable. Staff is extremely friendly, efficient, and helpful. Highly recommended. We loved this hotel and would come back.

The mother and daughter asked for a twin room. The room was not big, but it was clean and comfortable. The hotel service is perfect. I arrived at Huangshan North Station at around 4pm. They called me at 12pm and told me different bus and taxi routes. I felt at ease instantly! The location is on Tunxi Old Street, which is very convenient for going shopping and has a good experience!
