The hotel has good environment and facilities, and there is a relatively large green garden in front of the courtyard. The house is spacious and bright, clean and tidy. The front desk staff is considerate, thoughtful and meticulous. According to the customer's request, a non-smoking room was specially arranged. The room has no odor and the air is relatively good. Breakfast coupons are also given. The variety is very rich, and the combination of Chinese and Western food is reasonable and nutritious. It is a better leisure resort hotel in Huangshan City. If you come to Huangshan for vacation again, it will be your first choice.

This is a very large hotel with lots of rooms and floors. The rooms are big, comfortable beds and great furniture. Staff tried really hard although some didn't speak much English, the concierge was great and arranged transport for us. The pool is big but lots of children! The buffet breakfast was great but the dinner not worth it. Only local beer available.

The room was clean and comfortable. Very satisfied with an experience. Especially in a foreign country, I feel particularly warm. The front desk staff is warm and generous. Also sent a small gift. It may be that Miss Sister saw me with two children and felt a little bit of the same feeling. The breakfast was also very colorful. If you have the opportunity, look forward to the next stay.

I feel that this is the most cost-effective hotel I have stayed in for so many years. First of all, the room rate includes two tickets to Qiyun Mountain with a ticket price of 68 yuan + two breakfasts with a wide variety of varieties. Secondly, we were upgraded to Building 3 with better conditions for free before check-in. Then the hotel has its own golf course, which covers a large area. It feels like walking in a forest park when you get up in the morning. Finally, the front desk clerk Xiaoxi and Xiaoba are warm and thoughtful, and they also gave our children a cute plush toy before leaving.

What made our stay here amazing wasn't only the comfortable beds, spacious room and delicious breakfast, but the wonderful manager (I believe her family name is Tan, forgive me if I forgot) and her polite and helpful staff! Firstly, our reservation was at ”SWEETOME Hotel”, but they decided they were no longer allowing foreigners to stay at their hotel (even with covid tests and green health codes). Fine, that's their ignorant decision to make, however, the problem was we were told this on arrival at check in. How unprofessional and thoughtless of them! Thankfully, Trip called around and this hotel seemed to be the only one taking foreigners, we were of course relieved. At this point our expectations were very low and I was thinking of cancelling the trip at leaving the next day, but the warmth and friendliness of the manager and all the staff we met at check-in and afterwards as well as the comfy room made us stay and enjoy Huangshan for 3 days. I'll definitely stay here again and will most definitely recommend to my friends. The location, amenities and cleanliness are also all perfect! Well deserving of 20 stars!! Thankfully that other place turned us away!

The lobby front desk was very welcoming. We booked a room on Ctrip a few days in advance. The discount during the Spring Festival holiday was quite large. We enjoyed the free room upgrade service. We checked in early and actually got it. We upgraded to a view room. As soon as we checked in, we were given a box of fresh fruit. There were not enough slippers and toiletries for two children. We told the front desk and they arranged it immediately. They also added a quilt. The service was very thoughtful and I felt very caring. As soon as I entered the room, the air conditioner was turned on early. In winter, I was wearing a lot of clothes and it was as hot as a sauna. The heating effect was very good. The room was very large and had an independent balcony. It was not depressing for four people. The bathroom had an independent shower room and bathtub. The hot water supply was sufficient. I took a hot bath to relieve my fatigue and relieve stress. The hotel is not far from Tunxi Old Street. It is very convenient to drive or take a taxi back and forth. It is just a few traffic lights away. There are both Chinese and Western breakfasts, with a full variety and good taste. It is very practical. The hotel service is very professional, down-to-earth and warm. I will stay at their home next time I come to She County!
