房價整體還是可以的，面積較大，設施設備都蠻新，洗漱用品質量還蠻好的，但是酒店停車場竟然在對面，並且開的紙質停車券衹能人工核銷，早上需要開會，別個還沒上班，衹能自費停車，這個太無語了。
