房間除了地毯看起來不太乾淨，其他都挺好，床舒服，床品新、乾淨衞生，最好的是可以無限次進温泉，大大小小的泡池，森林裏很舒服，每天9：30到23：00，想泡隨時泡，最讚的還有住宿可以加40元一人的自助晚餐（不住宿的話60元每人），菜品豐富，關鍵是食材新鮮，不是預製菜。

酒店的軟硬件設施都跟價格嚴重不匹配，沒有小童浴袍，房間內也沒有座機電話，打電話到總枱要靠手機，浴室的洗漱用品，隨意亂擺！衞生細節也不到位，服務員管理也不行，含下午7個菜的正餐，進餐廳沒有服務員協調，和吃自助的客人混在一起，座位靠自己去找，最後還是找到位廚師給我們帶到2樓包間，給廚師點贊！除了房間帶的庭院私湯還不錯，還是希望酒店管理者能加強管理，近2千的價格來這裏，真的不值！從來沒有這麼認真點評過酒店，希望大家訂別墅的不要踩雷！

房間比較小，且都是房間都位於半山坡上，停車比較擁擠。重大驚喜是游泳館，設施比較老，但超級大，50米的泳道，實屬罕見，泳池的水非常好！

昆明周邊的温泉酒店基本都住過 象鼻純屬小時候來過 現在看到新裝修來試試 服務真的硬傷 房間打掃不出來 前台接待溝通困難 800多的房間非常樸素 早餐餐廳環境很難評 且點不到外賣 温泉水倒是挺好 洗完身上滑溜溜
