位置不錯，樓下附近吃飯的小店不少。房間硬件設施馬馬虎虎，價格不貴不能挑揀。因為華鎣這樣的小地方，客人來的不多，所以酒店競爭也少，同樣硬件設施的酒店在它的上級市～廣安就比這裏的更便宜。
